Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your gift. But if you wish to return or exchange an item, please read the following few paragraphs. We appreciate your order and will replace/refund items that have been supplied by us in error.
Due to the nature of our business, all items are personalized and therefore we will not refund or replace items that are wrong due to customer error.
Before returning any item, please use the Contact us page to get prior approval and a Returns Number. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new and unused condition. We will refund the return shipping cost if the error was due to Photo Gifts Direct, when returning an item, please ensure you include the Returns Number with the gift.
All shipping, handling and insurance charges when shipping items back to Photo Gifts Direct are the responsibility of the customer. We will process a refund for the original cost minus postage fees through the same payment system used to make the original purchase.
Damaged Items
We inspect all of our gifts before shipment. If an item is damaged during shipping you need to contact us within 24 hours so that we may contact our shipping company. Please save the packing materials of damaged items for inspection by the shipping company.
Processing Time
It can take up to 5 business days to process a returned item once received and any subsequent credit card refund can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement (the actual time depends on the card provider). Refunds via Paypal are normally within the initial 5 days of processing. Exchange items are sent as soon their production is complete.
Items that CANNOT be returned/exchanged
Products ordered incorrectly by the customer (Size / Colour / Image / Transfer etc)
Any product missing the original packaging or any parts.
Any product that has obviously been used prior to return.
