Product sizes
Due to the nature of making customised products by hand and one by one, there may be small size differences in the finished item to the sizes quoted on this web site.

We do not warrant that the final item will be exactly as per the images contained in this web site.  Promotional Images of our products are only guides for our products. We reserve the right to make improvements to products that are not visible in the promotion photographs. We may substitute materials and adjust product design to accommodate production considerations in relation to supply or stock shortages.

Your Photo
Photos should be no larger than A4 size, i.e. 29.7cm x 20.9cm (12" x 8"). Please note that all photos will need a degree of cropping and editing, and that our designers will determine the cropping and editing to provide the best looking result to match your chosen product, in their opinion. The quality of the final fabric print will vary depending on the quality of your original photo.

If your photo is valuable or of sentimental value, we strongly recommend that copies are made before sending them to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, keeping backups or for loss of, deletion or corruption of any images or any other material. Costs are only reimbursed to the intrinsic value of the disk or photograph. 

Your photo will be returned to you with the goods ordered.
