Photo Gifts Direct works within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act 1998 (and later revisions) by only collecting information that we require to fulfil your order and improve the overall service we provide.

The information that we collect from you in order to provide you this service is:

• Your address
• Your requested delivery address
• Your email address
• Your phone number

The images forwarded to us for your product creation will be automatically deleted after 28 days, if you require additional products after this time, you will have to resend the image again and any modifications made by Photo Gifts Direct will need to be re applied.  This means that additional purchases may be slightly different. 

No Credit/Debit card information is held by us as payments are collected by a third party payment provider.

All information held is provided by you, and is as accurate as you supply.

We rely on the internet as advertising to promote our business and to facilitate this we use web trend analysis tools built into our web site and those of 3rd parties.  This provides information indicating the route customers take to access our web site, i.e. which search engine was used, the time and length of each visit and the pages visited.

This information is used to develop Photo Gifts Direct as a service allowing us to provide a site better serving you the customer.  We do not share this data with any other third party.
