Shipping Method

We use the Royal Mail, either 1st class or Parcel post to ship all orders unless it is most cost effective to use Parcel Force due to the order size.

Shipping Time

We carry a large stock of the gifts displayed on our website and we aim to ship within 5 days of payment.  In the rare cases of an item being out of stock the usual shipping time is within 10 days - however this is not a guarantee. 

If the order cannot be filled within 10 days we will notify you and discuss the options available to meet you requirements.  In some circumstances stock availability is beyond our control and you may cancel your order at any time - please notify us if you decide you do not wish to wait for long lead time items.

Delays to printing and dispatch often happen due to the quality of the image we receive, to minimise the likely hood of this please ensure the photographs you supply are of suitable quality.

Please allow 14-21 days for delivery due delays created by teh postal system.

Overseas shipments

We can ship to any country in the world but payment for all non UK shipments must be made via Paypal.
